Gitella is passionate about both people and numbers and has been sometimes called "the friendly accounting therapist." Gitella brings 25+ years of experience to Serenity and leads the accounting team with a mindset of innovation, empathy and joy.

- Prepare complex business, fiduciary and individual tax returns

- Review of tax returns prepared by others
- Demonstrate excellent team skills, positive attitude and high ethical standards including client and firm confidentiality

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously with attention to detail, but also able to see the big picture.
- Be supportive to the accounting manager of our firm by being resourceful and creative across teams.
- Proficiency in data entry using Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, QuickBooks
- High degree of comfort with a paperless workflow system and latest technology.
